For Fishermen

How pricing and settlement work.

Straightforward, documented, and reviewed with you on the dock — the way a first-receiver relationship should run.

Step 1

Weighed on landing

Product is weighed on calibrated scales against your landing declaration. Weights are recorded on your landing slip and available to you immediately.

Step 2

Graded by species standard

Grading follows fishery-standard weight classes or count-per-pound — done at receipt so you can review with the crew still on the dock.

Step 3

Priced against agreed terms

Price is set by the terms of your delivery contract or the fishery-specific arrangement in place — never a surprise on settlement day.

Step 4

Settled promptly

Payment target is the fishery-standard settlement window. Statements itemize every landing, lot, weight class, and price.

Statements

What your settlement shows.

  • Landing date, port, and lot number for every delivery
  • Species, weight class or count grade, and gross weight
  • Agreed price per class, plus any deductions itemized clearly
  • Applicable regulatory levies, listed line by line
  • Net payable, settlement date, and payment reference

Historical statements are available anytime through the Fisherman Portal.

Sell your catch through Coastal Harvest.
